3rd meeting of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Preventive Medicine Association, term X, term 2023-2028

On December 26, 2023, at the Central Institute of Hygiene and Epidemiology, the 3rd Executive Committee Meeting of the Vietnam Preventive Medicine Association, term X, term 2023-2028 took place with the goal of reporting and general discussion. Summary of activities in 2023 and direction of activities in 2024 of the Vietnam Association of Preventive Medicine and election of President of the Vietnam Association of Preventive Medicine, term X, term 2023-2028.

Attending the meeting were representatives of the Vietnam Medical Association, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Truong - Head of the Private Medical Practice Board, representative of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Mr. Cam Phuong - Specialist of the Non-Governmental Organization Department and members of the Board of Directors. Directors, Standing Committee, Executive Committee of Vietnam Preventive Medicine Association.

At the meeting, comrade Tran Dac Phu - Vice President of the Vietnam Preventive Medicine Association presented the Report summarizing the activities in 2023 and the direction of activities in 2024 of the Vietnam Preventive Medicine Association.

Election of comrade Phan Trong Lan - Director of the Central Institute of Hygiene and Epidemiology to hold the position of Chairman of the Vietnam Association of Preventive Medicine, term X, term 2023-2028.

All delegates attending in person and online voted unanimously: 100% raised their hands to vote to elect Mr. Phan Trong Lan as Chairman of the Vietnam Preventive Medicine Association, term X, term 2023-2028.

Members of the Association's Board of Directors, representatives of the Northern Center for Disease Control, Representatives of the Central and Central Highlands units, and Duc Minh Medical Joint Stock Company presented flowers and took photos to congratulate him. /c Phan Trong Lan holds the position of Chairman of the Vietnam Association of Preventive Medicine, term X, term 2023-2028.
